Plating is where metal frames are won or lost
A metal frame can pass every dimensional check and still fail in the market six months later — because the plating blistered, or the nickel release test came back over the limit. Plating here runs through the park's centralised plating zone, a shared facility under environmental supervision. What we do not delegate is the acceptance: every lot is checked for adhesion and colour on return to our bench, and salt-spray and nickel-release tests are run before packing, not after a complaint.
Every batch goes through salt-spray and nickel-release checks before packing. If you supply to the EU, we test to EN 1811 and EN 12472 before shipping, not after.
Send us a drawing or a reference sample. We will come back with a tooling route and a price — not a request for more information.

Need something outside these shapes?
Most of our work starts from a designer's own drawing rather than a catalogue page. Send the artwork in AI, PDF or DXF and we will return a tooling assessment within two working days.
