Three lines, built under one roof
Acetate and metal run as separate production cells, with a third line dedicated to frames that combine the two. Keeping them apart is more expensive for us and better for your delivery dates.
02 — Metal
Metal Optical Frames
Sheet metal and wire frames in stainless steel, monel and titanium. Four standard finishes — gold, rose gold, gunmetal and matte black — plated in the park's regulated zone and inspected on return.

Acetate front, metal temple — or the reverse. The joint is the whole game, and it is the reason most factories decline this work.

Production is 65 days for all three lines, counted from golden-sample approval. Minimum order is 300 pcs per model, of which 100 pcs is the minimum per colour. Capacity figures are confirmed with our planning team.
