Acetate is a craft, not a mould
Most acetate frames that fail in the market fail at two points: colour consistency between batches, and the joint between front and temple. We control both on our own floor — colour is matched against your reference sample before the sheet is cut, and every temple is pinned and tumbled as a matched pair.
Because we cut from block and sheet rather than sourcing finished fronts, we can produce shapes and thicknesses that moulded factories cannot reach. That is also why our tooling cycle is measured in days, not weeks.
Send us a drawing or a reference sample. We will come back with a tooling route and a price — not a request for more information.

Need something outside these shapes?
Most of our work starts from a designer's own drawing rather than a catalogue page. Send the artwork in AI, PDF or DXF and we will return a tooling assessment within two working days.
